Summary

AI is transforming work fast, but humans aren’t always keeping pace. Change rarely stalls on technology; it stalls when people lack clarity, safety, or inclusion. This panel, led by Workhuman, gets practical about the culture mechanics behind transformation. We’ll explore how to gain AI’s speed and scale while amplifying human strengths, build alignment during change, and use everyday signals to measure new ways of working. Expect candid stories, real tradeoffs, and a playbook for keeping humans at the center.
