Her feature-length debut, PERSONAL STATEMENT, premiered as the opening night film at AFI DOCS, was broadcast on PBS and was nominated for an Emmy Award. Juliane’s other films include THE SCARS OF STOP-AND-FRISK, a documentary short that was part of an Emmy-winning season of the Op-Docs series from The New York Times. She won the National Magazine Award for Video for her short film, AN EDUCATION, which was published by The New York Times Magazine. She has also had films published by The Guardian, The Atlantic, New York magazine and Buzzfeed. She is the Director, Producer and Director of Photography of My NDA (2026), as well as of EDUCATING ELIZABETH (2027), which is currently in post-production and is supported by Latino Public Broadcasting.",
