Brance maintains a robust network of corporate, government, startup, and capital partners across the country who are key to and share a common vision of a world radically evolved via emerging technologies. \rBrance has led strategic government initiatives for multiple startups and played a key role in the scale up of Army Applications Lab, the US Army’s leading innovation organization. Prior to this, Brance advised Fortune 1000 organizations on how to best leverage early-stage technologies for meaningful innovation at Capital Factory, Texas’ most active venture fund. He currently serves as the Director of Government Programs at Capital Factory, where he leads the DARPA Commercial Accelerator program. Through this, he connects world-changing startups with the resources they need to rapidly accelerate time to market. His career began in academic research with a focus on autonomous helicopters, materials science, and computational mathematics.\rBrance’s areas of interest include no-code/low-code, bootstrapping, and the intersection of technology and art. He lives in Austin, TX, where in his spare time he enjoys hammock camping, sci-fi audiobooks, and accidentally killing houseplants.",
