As the Director of Marketing & Communications at 26 Keys, she spearheads integrated initiatives across marketing, social media, events, education, and publicity. Bilder’s work ensures alignment between creative vision and operational execution across the promotion of the company’s film and television projects, internal marketing efforts, and industry-facing programs—all within a fast-paced production environment. In recognition of her contributions to the industry, she was named to Variety’s Hollywood’s New Leaders of 2024 list.\r\rPreviously, Bilder served as the Senior Producer of Film & Television Development at Texas Monthly, where she managed day-to-day departmental operations and collaborated on the development of more than two dozen projects based on the magazine’s journalism. In addition to her development work, she partnered closely with network and studio teams to integrate series marketing and publicity initiatives into Texas Monthly’s marketing channels, ensuring cohesive cross-platform promotion. Her work contributed to titles such as Max’s Love & Death, the three-part docuseries How to Create a Sex Scandal, and the Netflix film Hit Man. She also served as Executive Producer of The Official Love & Death Podcast, a partnership between Texas Monthly Studios and HBO, which earned her two 2024 Webby Awards.\r\rBefore transitioning into film and television, Bilder led high-profile events including festivals, branded experiential activations, corporate conferences, and private events. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Film, Television & Digital Media from Texas Christian University.",
