As a manager and consultant, she develops long-term careers and architects strategic initiatives that leverage her clients’ brands to grow audiences, increase revenue, and build sustainable success.\n\nWith over 15 years of experience, Melissa has worked across the music, sports, and experiential industries as a project manager, day-to-day manager, tour manager, and marketing strategist. She is deeply committed to giving back to the music community and investing in the next generation of artists and industry professionals. She actively volunteers her time as a mentor for programs including Symphonic Distribution’s Women Empowered initiative, Keychange, the Well Dunn Foundation, and Women in Music, offering career guidance, strategic insight, and practical tools to emerging artists and professionals. As a frequent speaker and panelist at conferences such as SXSW, Folk Alliance International, Future Music Forum, and New York Music Month, she prioritizes education and transparency. Whether mentoring one-on-one or speaking on global stages, Melissa is passionate about equipping artists and young professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need to navigate the music industry with clarity and integrity.\n\nMelissa is also a licensed skydiving coach and a certified yoga instructor. She holds a Yoga Anatomy Certification through Yoga Medicine in partnership with Yoga International and launched the Yoga on the Move podcast in 2023, offering guided meditations, philosophy, movement practices, and expert interviews designed to help listeners find stillness in a world of movement.\n\nMelissa holds a Master’s degree in Music Business from NYU and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certificate from the Project Management Institute. She’s also a proud member of the Recording Academy. ",
