      "details": "Allison S. Prasad, Ph.D. is a Community Engagement Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). She previously served as a Principal Technical Program Manager for OCI where she led patenting and intellectual property protection for The Stargate Project.\r \rBefore joining Oracle, Dr. Prasad worked in the Mayor’s Office in Portland, OR and developed the Core Values - Anti-Racism, Equity, Transparency, Communication, Collaboration, and Fiscal Responsibility for the City of Portland. She has experience in higher education, the science museum industry, and technical writing for NASA.\r \rDr. Prasad was a SXSW 2025 speaker for the Tech Industry track. She has been a presenter at Grace Hopper Celebration ’23 and her session was titled, Keep Your Head in the Clouds: (Re)imagining the Journey to a Fortune 100 Tech Company. Dr. Prasad is an AnitaB.org mentor and has participated in Speed Mentoring, Boost Your Influence and Impact, and Executive Presence panels. She was also an invited speaker for Google Tech Equity Collective's Black Genius Academy AMA- The Art of Networking How to Build Bridges to Career Success, According to Oracle's Allison S. Prasad, Ph.D.\r \rDr. Prasad has moderated panels and discussions throughout her career in technology, government, and academia on workforce development, diversity, equity, inclusion, sense of belonging, and mentorship.",
