      "details": "Victoria Dominguez-Edington is a PhD student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin. Informed by her background working with startups and investors, Victoria's dissertation examines the startup fundraising process. Victoria is also a research consultant for Stanford University under the direction of Dr. Alicia Sheares (Department of Management Science and Engineering) on a Russell Sage Foundation funded project about entrepreneurship in the United States. \n\nBefore working in the Austin startup community, Victoria spent nearly a decade working in education as a Director at a local tutoring center. Victoria holds a BA from Southwestern University and an MA from the University of Texas at Austin.",
