      "details": "Hailey is a Master's level biostatistician with 15+ years of experience in clinical research oversight. She has contributed to the lifecycle of more than 60 trials and is a co/author on 30+ publications and talks. The nexus of health, justice, and impact is the ethos for the work she chooses. For a decade she managed NIH-funded programs in the U.S., South America, and Africa, supporting trials of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis, engagement to care interventions, and HIV self-testing devices. Transitioning to psychedelics in 2020, she built out and ran Lykos Therapeutics' Investigator-Initiated Trials program, and later became a Medical Science Liaison, among the first in the psychedelic industry, leading field engagement and key stakeholder relationships in 15 states. Hailey has additionally consulted in the fields of reproductive health, substance use harm reduction, and qualitative and cost-effectiveness research. She is currently the Clinical Development Liaison for atai Therapeutics.",
