With over two decades of creative leadership, her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, London International Awards, Spikes Asia, AdFest, and the Webby Awards, among others.\n\nBefore founding Octopus&Whale, Joey was Executive Creative Director at TBWA\\Digital Arts Network and later at NuWorks Innovation Labs. She considers her proudest achievement launching Octopus&Whale in the middle of a global pandemic. In just five years, the agency has become a trusted creative partner for brands across gaming, entertainment, technology, and youth culture, helping organizations design participatory worlds rather than traditional campaigns.\n\nJoey is an avid gamer, global speaker, and mentor to emerging creative entrepreneurs.
