She is a seasoned investor and mentor to companies through all stages of growth. The value of Springboard has been validated by a strong 25-year track record of success, having created over $76 billion in value, including 240 M&A transactions, counting 28 IPOs and 10 Unicorns. \nIn 2016, Ms. Koplovitz and partners, launched Springboard Growth Capital to bring growth-stage investments to women-led\ncompanies building iconic brands with the digital consumer in mind and a path to profitability in sight. Springboard Growth Capital recently announced the successful acquisition of K18 Hair by Unilever.\nMs. Koplovitz is the founder and former CEO of USA Networks, a cable television network currently owned by NBCUniversal. Ms. Koplovitz ran the network for 21 years before stepping down in 1998, at which time was sold for $4.5 billion. As founder of USA Networks, Kay is the visionary who created the business model for cable networks by introducing the concept of two revenue streams: licensing and advertising. \n",
