Her body of work includes her debut album “Cancionero del Nuevo Milenio” released in 2020, which portrays human fragility and an EP titled “Las Sangres”,that narrates the stories of six Mexican women whose lives were shaped by violence. In 2024, Karina Galicia signed as a songwriter with Sony Music Publishing. In April 2025, Karina released her second album “Mudanzas” under the label Discos Licenciado by Warner Music. Mudanzas offers a unique and thrilling sonic experience, taking the best of R&B elevating it through fusions of pop and folk.
