Bruno Caleb is a 16 year old emerging multifaceted artist from Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. At a very young age, the artist discovered he wanted to be a pop singer, drawing on his city’s signature música mexicana and making it his own through his personal passion for pop music. Born to Mexican parents, Bruno Caleb is the first in his family to pursue a music career. With his family's full support, he began taking vocal classes at only six years old. Little did they know, less than a decade later, the young artist would already be seeing his seeds blossom. At only 14 years of age, the future musical promise is in SXSW Influenced by the likes of Justin Bieber, and Sebastián Yatra, what makes Bruno Caleb different is that he pulls the pop stars’ way of storytelling and delivering a song full of emotion. In his preteen years, he began composing his own songs by jotting down ideas in his notebook. At 13 years old, after experiencing heartbreak, he crafted songs, including his most popular track to date, “Niño Bien,” which earned him his nickname “El Niño Bien.” Other people call him “El Niño de Oro [The Golden Boy],” betting on his musical promise.
